Effective CPD for Gateway Connect staff
Today has seen a landmark move by the staff at Gateway Connect to improve the skills and knowledge for all staff working at the school. Yesterday saw Peter, the new head of the school, deliver a short training session on developing schemes of work and thinking about new qualifications.
Today, Waldo is delivering some exciting training on uploading new information to the Gateway Connect website. This included a session on ‘Blind’ drawing a self portrait and how to use Word Press to upload our new experiences.
All staff have found these new staff development opportunities extreamly useful in thinking about their future CPD requirements at Gateway Connect.
