Gateway Update
It’s been 2 weeks since we had the Easter break and the year 11s have been quickly finishing their portfolios.Well done to the staff for your hard work in getting this completed!
Tutors have been marking students work and are currently getting their unit’s IV’d so they have been very busy compiling everything and getting it together. Some have already been approved by the IV which is great!
IT Users Year 11s have done very well this week and many have completed their Diplomas. So well done to you! Year 10s are doing well too, especially Jordan Jerram and Danielle Clarke who seem to be quickly completing their units.
Construction year 11 students have been working very hard and have got a lot done. Some have even completed! So well done to you. Year 10s have been completing a lot of the work too, especially Danielle Clarke who has impressed the tutor with her wall building skills.
Steve Walker was the only year 11 who decided to partake in Sport and Active Leisure and he completed his Certificate this week. So well done to Steve! The tutor just needs to go through with a fine tooth comb to make sure he didn’t miss anything. Year 10s are starting to do well and completing their units especially Tony Allen who is quickly completing work.
Boxing on Fridays have been good but unfortunately the numbers are still low. The students are getting their mats out at the beginning, listening to the tutors instructions and doing the activities asked. Would be great if more of the year 10s could join, it goes towards your Sport and Active Leisure work.
