The Scary Guy Visit
In 1998 he legally changed his name to The Scary Guy, sold his 3 successful tattoo shops and went on the road to teach people how to create World Peace in their lifetime. He has worked with over 7 million people around the world, promoting peace through the teaching of Love and Acceptance of all people. His audience consists of both youths and adults on an individual, community and society level, unaware of how they are using negative energy to meet their needs.

We were very lucky this term to have The Scary Guy come and visit us during the day with his wife, who he married in late January. If any students didn’t see The Scary Guy at Gateway Connect they went to Gateway Academy the day after. He showed up initially with his glasses on, leather jacket and hat which made him appear to be ‘scary’ to outsiders but he turned out to be the opposite of his appearance when he took the glasses, leather jacket and hat off. He turned out to be a comedian, forward thinker, positive man. This in return caught the student’s and staff’s attention very quickly. They were all intrigued as to what he had to say, brought their chairs all in to the room and sat there for 45 minutes. They were very interested about his tattoos, most of which had a story to go along with them.
